The flipbook was inspired by my experience, whales swimming in the aquarium, the huge body driving a lot of water. They have a different time from humans, an uncatchable speed, and flow with tons of water. I animate it by hand drawing and fit it into a flipbook. Capturing the moment that whale opens its mouth, then the water and time flow through.
